From 16th Nov to 30 Nov i was posted in peripherals:(ICU ,Nephro and ward duties)

Learning and Procedures performed :

1.Took ABG samples and studied about Acid Base balance.

2. Inserted ryles tube for feeding

3.Inserted foleys catheter for urine output

4.Done Ultrasound guided Ascitic tap procedure

5. Assisted in central line procedures and done suturing for it

6.Learnt some basics about how to use Ultrasound Machine.

7. Monitored patient undergoing dialysis and learnt about dialysis procedure.

8.Done CPR during my icu duties

From 16th December to 31 December i was posted in psychiatry :

In the OP i have seen cases of Alcohol dependence syndrome, Schizophrenia, Anxiety disorder
